Shanti has been developing toys and games for over twenty years. Her expertise is in game design, stories, character and IP development, and writing programing specs. Shanti is also experienced in assembling cross-functional teams, and managing the development of complex platforms that merge physical play with technology.
MARY BAKOWSKI COYNE
Co-owner and Director of Art and Design
Mary began her career developing product art and interactive toys and games at Fisher-Price. Since then she has managed partners and assets for software titles, digital products, apps, and handhelds from initial concepts to hand-off to programmers. She also specializes in product art, working on a wide range of toys from dolls and doll houses to licensed toy sets, creating concepts, control art, labels, and final digital art.
